Hi, my name is Owen and this is Lousy Scene. This is the place where I make content like videos, podcasts and blog posts. I thought it would be a good idea to give a little explanation of what to expect from my page.
You will get access to video essays that takes ideas and puts them to work. The show covers anything and everything that interests me from film, music and games to politics, science and culture. I would find it hard sticking to just one topic; by entwining moral, phycological, scientific and artistic themes allow me to broaden my world view and hopefully yours too. The videos I make are always about something that I want to learn about. I produce one video a month due to the time it takes to research and produce a high standard piece of video alongside the other content I create.
The blog posts are more personable where I dive into everyday life where I talk about being a creative, building habit and productivity. Their more intimate as I share lessons I have learned through university, sports and this platform. This is where most of my activity will be, the written format allows me to output ideas and communicate with you the audience on a more regular basis.
Finally, I create a monthly podcast in which friends, and I talk about whatever comes to mind from ranking movies to more serious topics. It’s a very open format with light heartedness at its core.
